This is an adult program. Join Naturalist Lynda Price for a leisurely stroll on TWC trails to learn the names and fun facts of the flowers blooming. We walk rain or shine

So many creatures inhabit our pond, from tadpoles and larval salamanders to amazing water bugs! Join a naturalist in catching these little wonders, and learn to identify them! All ages are welcome. Participants will not be going in the water.

We’ll share the night sky with you using Astronomy Club member telescopes and we’ll also point out some constellations and tell a few star stories. Cancelled if cloudy.  

Explore the outdoors with fun activities for all ages. Go on ascavenger hunt, look for hidden shapes, create your very own micro-trail and lots more. This program is appropriate for all ages of children accompanied by an adult. Spaces are limited and masks are required. 

Join The Wilderness Center for a fun look at the world of insects. We’ll hunt for bugs, conduct simple experiments with ants, and talk about how you can help insects in your own backyard.
