Name: Tricia Peterson
Bio: Tricia Peterson is a Managing Partner and COO of Accord Group Holdings, which provides strategic advisory and capital formation services to the real estate private equity industry. Accord also makes principal investments in real estate platforms and has an investment management arm. Her real estate experience includes senior roles with Pacific Urban Residential, Macquarie Capital, Presidio Partners and Compass Equity Advisors. Previously, she was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers, covering real estate, healthcare, media & telecom and municipal finance clients. Tricia has served as a consultant to the International Finance Corporation in Beijing, China. She holds a BA in Political Economy from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Stanford GSB. She serves on the SF Board of Women in Real Estate (WIRE), is Board Vice President of Filipinos in Institutional Real Estate (FIIRE) and sits on the Advisory Board of Dermot Partners GP, LLC. She is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).
