Description: Isra Qadri is a joint Bachelor/Master’s student studying Public Policy and Middle East Studies at the University of Maryland. On campus, Isra is in the Honors College, serves as President of UMD's nationally-ranked Model United Nations team, and is the Director of Professional Development for Kappa Omega Alpha Public Policy Professional Fraternity. She also has experience in state and federal advocacy; has interned on Capitol Hill and in Maryland’s legislature in Annapolis; and is interested in pursuing a career focused on criminal justice, immigration, and human rights policy.
