    Description: Aaminah Tabassum is a graduate in Psychology and Political Science from Wayne State University. She served as a Youth Ambassador for the US Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai where she shared American values with government delegations and thousands of international visitors. As an undergraduate researcher, she studied the psychological consequences of overseas evacuation on children and believes in the power of sport to alleviate post-conflict trauma and unite communities. In 2019, she designed a summer archery camp for refugee girls in Detroit in order to foster equal opportunity in sport. In the future, she hopes to be an American diplomat or work as a Political Affairs Officer at the United Nations.
